Cancellation policy

We work by appointment and our time, like yours, is valuable.

Cancellations are costly to productivity and to other patients waiting for appointments.

We usually contact patients the day before to remind & confirm.

When you make an appointment we expect you to attend.

Cancels not made within 24 hours or no shows at treatment will incur a fee of 100% of the clinic fee
