Caitriona is a highly experienced and accomplished physiotherapist. She enjoys working with patients and problem-solving. She has a particular interest in patient-centred and multimodal care.

After graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2004 from University College Dublin, Caitriona worked in the Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Dublin gaining invaluable experience in all core physiotherapy areas. She was acting Senior Physiotherapist in the National Spinal Injuries Unit.
She joined the United Physiotherapy team in 2007, She completed the MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine from University Colleg Galway in 2010.

Caitriona has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and specialises in myofascial trigger points, dry needling, manual therapy, exercise prescription and shock wave therapy along with expertise in antenatal exercise and education.
She recently completed a course in ‘Treating and training the Female Runner’ and has a specific interest in the integration of her musculoskeletal expertise with pelvic health and sports performance.
